Do you do commission work?
Yes! Please fill out the form under the custom work tab.
Do you allow local pickup for your work?
Yes! Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can figure out what works best.
Do you allow refunds or exchanges?
I do not allow any refunds unless damaged during shipping. If damaged, please email me proof of damage and I will be happy to send you a new print free of charge. No refunds on any custom work. Exchanges can be made on prints or stationery but only if discussed by Kelly via email/telephone.
Do you sell your work to local shops or boutiques?
Yes! Please email me to discuss further details.
I'm interested in a print but I want it larger than the size listed...
I can make any print to desired size, within reasonable expansion that the quality of the photo will allow. If interested, please email me. Larger prints on canvas will be available soon!
Is your work in any local shops?
Yes! I am currently in Pinspiration, located in Vickery Village in Cumming, Georgia. I also have artwork in Belso Home Studio in Alpharetta, Georgia located on N. Main Street.

K. BOX FAQ
HOW WILL MY K. BOX ARRIVE?
Your K. Box will arrive in a black padded polymailer and inside will include your K. Box which is a 5x5x2” mailer box printed with a design created by Kelly. Inside you will find three velvet grey bags with one piece of jewelry in each tucked and packaged with K. tissue inside the mailer box.
WHAT IS YOUR JEWELRY MADE OF?
Each piece in a K. Box are hand-crafted using a variety of high quality materials, including semi-precious stone, glass, resin, 14-18K gold, sterling silver and brass. Exact materials associated with each style are listed on their product detail page.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY K. BOX PIECES?
To keep your K. Box pieces at their best, please store neatly when not in use. Avoid contact with moisture and any liquid cosmetics; this includes lotion, sunscreen, perfumes etc. Some pieces that are not solid gold can be turned a different color if worn in pools, hot tubs, oceans or in the shower. When traveling with you K. Box pieces, we recommend always storing them in your carry-on luggage and keeping them packed separately using your grey velvet bag that comes with each piece.
DO YOU SELL SOME PIECES INDIVIDUALLY?
Yes – some pieces on occasion depending on stock levels will be sold under the K. Box tab titled: “INDIVIDUAL K. BOX PIECES”
Most all of the pieces in your K. Box are hypoallergenic and certified Nickel-free, Lead-free, Cadmium-free, and Phthalates-free unless otherwise stated on the product item image page.
THROUGH WHAT CARRIER DO YOUR ORDERS SHIP?
We only ship throughout the United States at this time and all orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Not at this time.
WHEN WILL MY K. BOX ORDER SHIP?
We currently offer FREE USPS/UPS shipping to the continental U.S. Orders will be processed within 3 days of receiving from purchase at the latest. Shipping usually takes 5 business days AFTER being processed, depending on how far you are located from us. We are located out of Atlanta, Georgia. Your order should arrive within 5-7 business days. If there is a delay in your order, you will be notified via email on file. Please do not email us unless it has been over 3-5 business days. If you are not notified after 5 days, please contact us at Kelly@shopkcreations.com
If you need your package expedited, you need to pay for the Priority Shipping which will ship out the same day or next day after your order is placed.
MY K. BOX NEVER ARRIVED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
**WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE OR UPS WITH TRACKING NUMBER PROVIDED**
MY K. BOX ARRIVED DAMAGED OR BROKEN…
We inspect each piece prior to shipment, if there is any damage, you must email Kelly at Kelly@shopkcreations.com with pictures of proof. Unfortunately, we are limited with stock and will try our best to replace your missing piece. Our stock is constantly changing and it takes time for our jewelry to come in, you will be notified if we are unable to restock your piece in a timely manner. If we cannot, we will either refund a portion of your money on your K. Box or you may receive a discount code, or store credit for a future purchase. Most K. Box sales are final unless otherwise discussed with Kelly. We try to pride ourselves on customer service, but with how often our inventory changes, it is hard to replace certain pieces in a timely manner.
Orders cannot be canceled after being placed.
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you have entered the wrong address.
K. CREATIONS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Delays with UPS or USPS shipping
Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages.
Products marked delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.
• If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
• All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
